General Rules
Respect for the Premises and Equipment
Any damage caused to the equipment, even accidental, may incur charges. Please handle simulators, screens, sensors, turf mats, and accessories with care.
Food and Beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are permitted, but consumption is prohibited on the playing surface or synthetic turf. Use the designated surfaces and ensure all your trash is collected before leaving.
Cleanliness of the Premises
Each player is responsible for leaving the space clean. Return balls and tees to their place, dispose of your trash, wipe surfaces as needed, and leave the premises in the condition you would like to find them.
Permitted Balls
Only clean balls, unmarked by Sharpie and without scratches, are permitted. Damaged balls can affect sensors and cause breakage. Please use the provided balls and return them to their place after your session.
Shoes and Clubs
Wearing clean shoes (without spikes) is mandatory on the synthetic turf. Bring your own clubs — no clubs are provided on site.
Respecting Booking Duration
Your session starts and ends automatically at the scheduled time. No additional time is granted. If you wish to extend your experience, please book a new session online.
